Return & Exchange Policy

For Online Purchases (Singapore Address):

  • Purchases are not returnable.

  • Exchanges must be initiated maximum 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Exchanges are allowed if the items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags intact.

  • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

  • You can exchange for any other available item or receive a refund in the form of Store Credit.

For Online Purchases (Overseas Address):

  • Purchases are not returnable.

  • Exchanges must be initiated maximum 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Exchanges are allowed if the items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags intact.

  • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

  • You can exchange for any other available item or receive a refund in the form of Store Credit.

For Retail Store Purchases:

  • Retail store purchases are not returnable or refundable.

  • Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of purchase, provided you have a valid receipt.

  • Only products in their original condition with the product tags still intact will be eligible for exchanges.
